Sushil Kumar Poddar is a Canadian expatriate of Bangladeshi origin, known for his work as a writer and computer engineer specializing in Artificial Intelligence. Born in Sirajgonj, Bangladesh, Sushil completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at University of Dhaka and later earned his Master’s and PhD degrees from Ehime University, Japan. His literary journey began with poetry and contributions to little magazines. His notable publication, Astrology Is Not Science, reflects his rationalist outlook. His recent books, ‘Obolachoron’ and ‘Life Spent in Japan’, were published at the Ekushey Book Fair in Bangladesh.
