Gagan Behari Panigrahi is an Odia writer, poet, and essayist whose literary works reflect deep emotions, social realities, cultural heritage, and human experiences. Through poetry, stories, autobiographical writing, and essays, he has made significant contributions to contemporary Odia literature and continues to inspire readers both in India and abroad.
His literary journey began with the publication of the poetry collection Phula Bagicha (Flower Garden) in 2016, published by Fakir Mohan Sahitya Parishad, Balasore.
