Harminder Singh (Harry) Mann has been practicing law for more than 43 years and is widely recognized for his expertise in litigation, cross-border legal matters, and complex dispute resolution. He also holds an appointment as an Inquiry Officer under the Expropriations Act, R.S.O. 1990, entrusted by the Attorney General of Ontario to adjudicate matters involving land compensation and public authority acquisitions.
Before founding Mann Law, Harry practiced with the prestigious Toronto firm Green & Spiegel. From 1983 to 1988 in India, he specialized in criminal litigation and represented major Crown Corporations, Chartered Banks, and acted as counsel in court-martial proceedings for army officers.
Originally from Patiala, Punjab, Harry earned both his B.A. and LL.B. from Punjabi University before immigrating to Canada in 1988. He later completed his J.D. at The University of Western Ontario and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1992.
