Authors

Margaret DeRosia is a writer and historian from Michigan. She received her BA Honours (Comparative Literature) from the University of Michigan and PhD from the University of California at Santa Cruz (Film and Literary History). She has taught at the Universities of California at Berkeley and Santa Cruz, Sonoma State, and Western University. Her debut novel, Eight Strings (Simon & Schuster Canada, 2023) was an instant national bestseller in Canada, an Indigo Most Anticipated Book, McNally Robinson Book of the Month, and Kobo Book of the Month for Pride 2023. She lives in Toronto with her wife and two cats.
