Akbar Hussain

Akbar Hussain migrated to Canada from Bangladesh in 1997. Writing has been his passion since he was a student. His first two books, My Lonely Thoughts in English and Amar Shomoy Amar Poth in Bengali, were published by the Bengali Literary Research Center in Toronto. In 2019, he self–published his biography Hey Mahajiban in Bengali. He loves to explore and understand the mystery of nature and strives to fathom the wisdom behind our creation. Akbar participated in the Toronto International Festival of Authors (TIFA) in 2020.
